Missing deburring tool
1 Attachment(s)
Purchased a Rockchucker Supreme Master Kit last week from our local Scheels. Realized after careful unboxing that they forgot to include a deburring/chamfer tool.
Emailed RCBS techs from their web page. Immediately received a message stating they would be in contact within a few days. After confirming where I purchased the item, they are sending out a deburring/chamfer tool at no cost. Very happy with the quality of components in my kit and their customer service thus far. I thought I would share this story, since often times companies get bashed on the Internet when something goes wrong. Rarely do you hear when a company does right. If you are considering reloading components I can vouch for RCBS's customer service. |
i find that a lot of firearms and accessory business's are very stand up and will do almost wahtever to have a satisfied customer. Obviously there are some that are less than savory ... they get outed pretty quickly though.
Congratulations ... now, I need 100rds of 350gr 458SOCOM ... get to work! ;) |
Coming right up!

If your making rounds for everyone I will take some 158 grain 357's. ..

Why'd you overhang your bench so far? You will be much better off without the 4x4 and moving the press closer to the workbench edge.

Broke a decapping pin on an RCBS die (my fault- Berdan primed case mixed in there) Stopped by LGS, got a 5 pack of pins.
What the...they will not fit. called RCBS- told them what happened, asked for guidance. Nice lady asked me for numbers on the die. Hmmm. OLD die. REALLY old. Design changed- new decapping pins will not fit. Told nice lady no problem- had bought it used years before. She said "We guaranteee our stuff. We are sending you a new die- no charge." Don't think it gets any better than that. |

Putting a 2x4 leg from the frame to the floor right under the press will help greatly too. It doesn't even have to be permanent. Drive it in when you reload and knock it out when you're done. You might even get way with just putting a temporary leg under your 4x4. |
