WOW, those are pretty inexpensive bullets. I assume that you have used them and are pretty satisfied with them?

Here's a few Garands all accurized by Ol Hook.
My favorite load is 45.5 gr. IMR-4895, 168gr. Sierra MK, WLR primers, HXP or Lake City cases.

I use 46 grains of W-748 topped by a 147-150gr FMJ. This is two full grains under max and shoots very well in every Garand I have tried.

Well, doggone it, CA357, I didn't get these until I became an old retired man living at home alone with his dog. He don't bitch at me for buying guns and ammo either. I would really loved to be able to have these toys in my younger days but couldn't.
Now I play with loading ammo and experiment with different bullets until I find the tack driving load.
If I ain't fishing for trout in the mountains or crappie, stripers and largemouth on the lake i am at the range.
Those M1s have been accurized by Ol' Hook Boutin (google him) as well as the M1A's. Now I'll shoot you some more pictures.
In November there is a group of us from here going to Montana after elk and mule deer. I will try to take an elk with the M1A and my range master, one of the group, wants me to try to take the mulie with a Garand.
