Load data for a 180 grain .357.....

I Have about 1000 or so Speer 180 grain TMJ flat point bullets and no recipes for them. The powders I have are bullseye, IMR 4227, Unique,H110 and VV N110. Any help would be greatly appreciated, also is there any advantage of a flat point bullet over a regular FMJ in terms of stopping power?

The flat point has greater terminal effectiveness than a round nose.
