IMR30301, blue can
I have an old can of IMR3031 powder in a blue can all is identical to my red can powders, and thecompany told me it was never made in a blue can has anyone ever seen this???

Nope IMR 3031 was always in a RED can. maybe it sat in the sun and got faded I am not sure. Unless they had a special run for some company or something. 4064 I think comes in a blue can.

If there is any doubt, discard the powder. Dupont/IMR made several powders with blue cans. The burn rates are very different. Catastrophic results could occur if you use the wrong data.

If, on the off chance, you have a collectable, really old can of 3031, Sell the empty can to a collector.

Smokeless powder makes an excellent fertilizer. Spread it around the yard and watch the grass grow.
