If you reloade check this out.

This is a good reminder that we all need to stay alert and check our work to avoid this type of thing. And thank God he was not hurt. http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=364553 John

That is why I never recomend a new loader start out on a progressive. I know this guy was not a newbie and that is my point. One false move with a progressive and you can get a bunch of messed up loads. Like a old reloader once asked me how fast do you really need to load ammo.

On my dillon 550B I have an RCBS powder cop die in station 3. I do this and each time I rotate the shell plate I look into the case. I stop ever ten rounds and check the powder on my scale. Never hurts to tripple check. It may just save your hands face and life one day.

Things like that are the reason I like my slow Lee turret press and it's auto disk powdder measure .

It may not be as fast as a Dillion but the hole in the disk isn't going to suddenly change size and give me an overcharged case .
