Hey chief if you want to start out small you can buy the lee press kit from MIdway usa they have one that is about 125. dollars and it is a single press but if you are only working on stuff for yourself then i woudl recomend this one. I use it for my reloading and and going to order the new ds550b when the income tax comes in, it is good for 400 to 500 rounds and hour.
the lee press will help you get a general idea of how to mesure and how to make good reloads. Also i agree with the other guy get carbide resizers they dont need the lube unless you work alot of rifle shells then there need a little to help with resizing. also get a tumbler to shine the brass this helps make your shell work and last longer.

you mine as well just buy a auto powder feeder.
Its the best tool i have.
