Just don't do it! Gunpowder chemistry is remarkably complex in its granular coatings. Even though the fuel is basically the same. Mixing burn rate retardants in not a good idea! The outcome is never predictable.

I'd dump it too. Even if the mix was safe you couldn't count on any kind of consistency with the loads since you can't count on a homogenous blend.. Not even worth playing around with as a reloading powder IMHO.

Any time I pull a bullet or have powder that has been contaminated I dispose it into a empty powder container and when that is full I flush it down the toilet.

Me being young and what some might call "stupid", I would of been pretty tempted on putting it in tin foil and adding some form of wick. The. I'd dog a small hole put it in (with out covering it back up), then lite with a match on an extended stick. Haha
