Here is the one I built. I found a couple of different plans on-line and used what I thought were the best parts of both.

The only bad part about it is: It ain't going nowhere! Forget the fact that it would probably take at least four rather large individuals to move it, but it won't fit through the door anyway.

And here is the detail for the work surface. It is three layers of 3/4 inch ply wood, all glued and screwed together.
