How much for .223
I'm jus curious how much it cost y'all to make a round of .223 I'm at .36 a round and wondering him much cheaper y'all can make it and where do y'all get y'all's components

I boought a 250 pack of 62 grain bullets for $21. I use BL-c(2) powder and CCI small rifle primers. It runs me about .20 per round.

upammo, one of our vendors, currently has bulk packs of plinking 55grain fmjbt 1000 for 80$.
he gets ss109 and others from time to time well worth bookmarking and checking frequently. deals from him keeps my shooting around 15-20 cents a round. incredibly insane fast shipping too!! i dont know how he does it.

Man I'm not doing something right my cost is like double yours . I'm not just real patient and have just started to reload so maybe ill learn. Good to see someone else from Ar15 room.

I bought Rem fmj 55 gr in 100 pack for just over $10 and I try to buy bulk powder, 8lbs of OMR 4895 for $115 at LGS. Brass I have collected most for free at a range. I feel good about reloading for less than $.20/rd.

What bullets are you using? Blitzkings or similar are going to cost a lot more than fmj bulk. A practice load with fmj's will cost 15-20 cents while hunting bullets alone can cost more than that. Barnes TSX bullets are close to 50 cents each.

buy in bulk.
Join, or organize, a club and get a FFL. Get your club to buy in REAL bulk.
You can get some really good prices on bullets when you buy 50K per order. and that's not hard if you have 50-75 members.
