hornady lock n load powder dispenser
 

I recently set up my lee turret press and added a lock n load powder dispenser. It works great and screws right into the turret. The problem I have is when I change turrets and need the dispenser I have to remove the dies to get the dispenser off. does anybody know if they make an extension piece that raises it above the dies. I've looked online and can't find anything.

not that im aware of. its one of the reasons i went dillon when i was researching my loading machine purchase. there may be such a device now but i dont know of any.

If you get the case activated one you can take it off in two parts. Plus it picks it up about 3 inches.

I looked at that but its more than I want to spend. What do you think about threading a piece of hollow pipe and creating a coupler. I may have to get redneck with this.

Wouldn't that tube have to be case specific so you spill?

If you want it case activated it probably would. As for now i am just operating it by hand.
