Went to Cabelas in Rogers Ar. today to see what they had and was surprised. The shelves were stocked with 9mm, 45 acp and 308 ammo and a good supply of it also. They were stocked pretty good for all the main calibers of rifles and pistol ammo and not looking picked over like the last time I was there. Grabbed a bulk pack of 44 200gn bullets and found 100 45acp cases as well. They even had probably 40-50 pds of powder just nothing I needed. What was still missing was 223 , 22LR ammo and primers. It is slowly improving I think.

Hit Wally World two times and got some 380 and 40cal. But took me awhile to find 1 box of 45 ball and 1 box of critical Defence. And picked up 2 pounds of powder to do some more reloading with. I have 500rds of 223 to reload. All I needed was powder.

A good friend of mine called me this evening and said he picked up the last three boxes of Federal 9mm hollow points on the shelf at WalMart this morning at 6am...he said he thought he was going to need to be escorted out to his pickup after he checked out though.

Was at Cabelas in Hazelwood, Mo. yesterday and they had Pmc .223 for $9.99. Not bad considering today's prices.

1150 rounds from a Nebraska Wal-Mart, .40 and .22. Also 9 mags for Remington 597 headed to eBay. That will finance the ammo, and my cash out of pocket will be zero, maybe in the black.
Only one problem with my purchase, I don't own a .40 handgun. I do own a Glock 20. So I guess with the profits on the mags, I will purchase a LoneWolf .40 barrel.

I tried to get some this morning..............I was only able to find a 50count box of 45acp after going to four different places. The places I went had different shells for 12ga, and one of the stores had a couple boxes of .44mag but no other handgun rounds. And I cant find primers at my lgs either that aren't $10 for 100 primers.

Its been a while since I scored, this summer I was at the national PPP pistol shoot, at the CMP there they were selling Aguila standard velocity .22s for 0.2 cents per round, with all of the spending money I had I could only buy 2000 of them.
