Default "Green tip"

what is a better green tip steel core round the ranger law enforcement, the lake city or the white box from Winchester? and why?
also is it true you need a certain length barrel or they will not be accurate?

If you mean M855 62gr .223/5.56 green tip, Lake City is generally thought of as a better round than the WWB bulk ammo, although both are adequate for range use. A longer barrel will generally improve accuracy but twist rate is more important, green tip will require a "faster" twist, i.e. 1:9 or higher, than standard 55gr M193.
