Looks to me like they were not fully seated.

If a primer is not fully seated then with the firing pin strikes the primer it can push it futher into the primer pocket and not set it off.

Do you have a bullet puller?

If so pull the bullets and make sure you put powder in the case. I have done that a few times over the years.

If you have powder I am going to say the primers were not fully seated.

Yes, I have a bullet puller, but I know there is powder in the cases because I shook them and heard it.

Hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like the primers are seated too deeply to me. Or perhaps you chamfered the primer pockets and it just looks that way? Did you ream / uniform the primer pockets by chance?

I agree - the cases on the right do look like light firing pin strikes.

I have never had any problems with Winchester primers,and I have some old ones that I'm still loading with.

I got a bad run of primers once, out of 300 rounds I had 20 or more FTF. I have 500 primers that I will never use from that batch.
