I just got home from a local gun show and their was a guy that was selling 1000 rounds of .223 PMC and wanted $999.99 now that is crazy. Another guy had 1000 rounds of 7.62x39 of wolf and wanted $500. Just last year I bought a 770 round tin for $125 at the same gun show.

actually 800 bucks for what is among the more desirable 5.56 ammo (62 gr green tip) is not too bad.
PMC Bronze .223 should be a couple hundred less in current market
PMC Xtac is in between.

We spend SO MUCH on extra ammo so we will always have a stash "just in case" its outlawed..

If we just spent half of that money on supporting the NRA, we wouldn't have to worry about maintaining a stash "just in case"

Actually, they are ALL pretty bad. Unbelievable. In the last two years I had bought some that was even in an ammo can and never paid more than $0.33/round all in!

** TargetSportsUSA does NOT have this physically in stock and they are likely taking THOUSANDS of orders per hour. They did the same thing before Christmas and charged all the credit cards for the orders - then cancelled the orders several weeks later and issued a refund.

I can only assume they are using all the money from the "orders" for their own cash flow needs. Do you really think this one company has enough Lake City 5.56 green tips for ALL of the United States to submit order after order when your LGS and every online ammo dealer is out ????

I know, I had to pass on submitting an order with TAX season. So I posted this here for all who need ammo.

That site and natchezss are the only ones that had or advertised 5.56 or .223 ammo.
