I presume you meant 55 gr. as Federal does not catalog a 56 gr. Are you referring to the 55 gr FMJ/BT load? That is m-193 milspec ammo made on the same equipment as the Lake City ammo. It is not match grade stuff, but punches holes in paper pretty well.

They also make a Soft Point, a Nosler Ballistic Tip and Sierra Game King in the same weight. Those would likely be more accurate, but twice the cost.
