Default Cat Litter

During a routine cleaning and refilling of the cat's litter box compounded by my inability to find any Lizard Litter at Walmart, i pondered... has anyone ever used cat litter as a tumbling media?

And for those who reload rifle, has anyone given the Lee Zip Trim a try? The whole lawnmower pull cord contraption looks viable.

Default Cat litter

Most cat litter is clay based. It will grind down to dust in a short time. it might put some residue on the cases that will be abrasive.
