Case trimmers

So I have a Lyman universal and its a piece of crap in my opinion, shaft wobbles and the pilots seem to be either to loose or to tight. Looking for a replacement just wondering what you guys would suggest been looking at RCBS, doesnt have to be a power trimmer, as I dont do a great volume of reloading more interested in accuracy.

i use the redding tr-1400. for better precision the tr-2400 is the next step up. my 1400 trims case after case to 3 decimal precision.

I have used a basic Forster trimmer for many years. I am due for a new cutter shaft (after trimming countless thousands of cases). 3-way cutters available for .223 and .308 (maybe others). Power adapter available to use a drill instead of the crank handle for high volume trimming.

I have always used the Lee case trimmers with a cordless drill.

It's fast, easy, cheap, and you get good results.

They also come in handy when you want to anneal your cases too!

Either the RCBS, Redding, or Forester models are great trimmers.

If you want the MACdaddy then get a Giraud Power Trimmer. GTC Trimmer

Been using an RCBS pro trim for a few years. Works fine.
