a few years ago, someone made a Berdan decapper that used a boxer primer in a tube inserted into the case mouth to blow out the berdan primer. Anyone remember this???

I'd love to have one.

Water is much safer and you can make several different types of decapping tools/

Post #5 shows the old punch and pry method you can make the tool from a cheap chainsaw file and a block of wood with the appropriate size hole drilled to hold the casing.
