I am an avid fan of the .330 Dakota and I was wondering if anyone had some interesting load data for it? I usually shoot the 230gr. Fail Safe bullet, but sometimes use the 210gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip.

I like the 210 grain triple shock and 225 grain accubond using hodgdon 4831 sc and federal 215M primers. For the 210 triple shock I use 84 grains, and the 225 accubond 81 grains. I am able to get 0.5-1.0 inch groups with these bullets. Tried Reloader 19, but it did not give me as tight a grouping as H4831 or H4831SC.

My rifle seems to favor the 210 gr. bullets and it will put 3 Ballistic Tips into about .5. Now if I use the 230 FS it opens up to about 1 inch, but these are also coated bullets. I have a bunch of them so I'll be shooting those for a while. I would like to try other bullets like the Triple shock, but the 225g will be almost identical to the 230FS. I think I will try some other 210's, im not a fan of the Ballistic Tip, though they shoot very predictably. How many gr. of the 4831 are you putting under the 210's?
I use 75gr. of IMR 4350 under the 230FS and have tried 78gr. The 78gr. is stout and flattens my primers! I have some data directly from Dakota, but only for 200 and 250gr. loads
