Default Anyone ever heard of Ermco LLC? Great ammo prices

In my search to feed my new 44 mag I can across this company. Has anyone here fired their ammo? The stuff I'm looking at is all new components, plus it comes in the nice flip top plastic cases which I like. Save me from having to buy them or hoard empty ammo boxes away. You guys have any thoughts?

Looks like a new company. (from their web site)

Skull must be near them, they are just East of Canton.

I'm from NE Ohio and have never heard of them.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

What do you think cane?? Would you shoot it? I'm a little slower to buy from them since I found 100 rounds of 240gr JSP Winchesters at Wal Mart last night for $32 per 50 and I'm good on everything else.

I would try one box, sure.

If for no other reason than to test as many different manufacturers' product with your new (to you) hand cannon.

You just might stumble onto a 44Mag BFF. (That's Best Friend Forever Spitty and I know that because my daughter told me!)

Picked this up last week.

Yes, I know about handloading. I currently load for my 45s, 38/357s, 12ga, 16ga, and 30-06. I'm just getting started with the 44 so I'm trying to buy some factory stuff to get it all going. I'll pick up the dies down the road.

Default That's a NICE looking .44!!

Great lookin S&W spittin. If you're like me you will want a softer grip for the full house loads. Those wood ones are pretty, but kind of rough on the hands. I put a Hogue MonoGrip on my SuperRed Hawk and like it a lot. Mine, like most Rugers, wanted to slam back on recoil, and smack the hell out of my middle finger, with the factory grips. The Horndy XTP's, and Speer Gold Dots make for some pretty impressive expansion, into milk jugs full of water!!
