My friend inherited some old ammo and among them is a bag of 25 rds of an unknown larger caliber rimfire. From my research I believe they are a .38 long rimfire, but I am unsure. I have it pictured next to a 9mm round. If anybody could lend a hand on the history and value of these I would be very grateful. Also, does anybody know what .25-20 is worth?

Peters brand .38 rimfire. A buck or so a round. Made 1870s up to about 1905. Navy Arms was rumored to crank out a batch now and again. And there are 2 different 25-20s. Single shot straight wall, bottle necked repeater. Few $$ pr round.
