Wow, that's great. I really just started being able to buy my own ammo. So far I have 1500 rounds of 22lr, but that's not near enough.

Good news!

Our LGS has powder primers and .22 rim fire ammo. Prices are not inflated. The "Hoarders" are broke so things are going normal.

it was more than I wanted to pay but his price on everything else looked good and fair so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe he had to pay a Lil more himself. He had 100 if 9mm wwb for 25

Picked up 3 325 Federal Match bulk packs at Washington, Il Wal-Mart last night. Had a different guy behind the counter and someone had "conveniently" accidentally pushed 5 boxes way to the back where you couldn't see them. They have a cabinet that is below the counter. When he pulled out 5 boxes I told him I would buy my 3 limit for $18.97 per box. I don't need them but it keeps whoever has been buying from there friend from getting them. We've had a few people popping up in my area on the local gun sites with quite a bit of high priced ammo lately.

My lgs used to sell a box of 525 cartridges of .22lr for $17.95. Now they finally have it in stock again, but their price is $49.95. Highway robbery.

I think the last pack of 525 I bought was $20 and I won't buy anymore till they come back down!
