My local Denny's turns out the best biscuits and gravy in town. and the bacon N eggs are top notch.

Most ammo manufacturers are at full capacity but the government are bulk buying under long term contracts

There was a thread on some of those purchase contracts; perhaps i misunderstood, but those delivery dates aren't all yesterday are they? It was my impression the government ammo grab had been greatly overblown.

That's not really true. The panic buying by the "chicken littles" has riven the demand to such high levels that the manufacturers can't keep up. Government users are not buying any more than they have the last few years.

There's no "conspiracy" here, just an abnormally high demand by folks that panicked after Newtown. When they finally calm down and realize the sky isn't falling, the shelves will refill quickly.

I love when people hate on waffle house ... it's the only restaurant I know of that lets you see your food being made. Makes ya wonder.

Waffle House Rocks! I love the lingo that goes from the waitress to the cook when she tells them how I want my hash browns.

Well said, we have to quit jumping every time a liberal legislator yells "Boo"

The problem is now everyone is trying to stock up at one time, but if ammo continues to be rare the cycle of hording will continue. I'm not saying that its bad to have a lot of ammo but I'm talking about the people paying too much for ammo, driving the cost sky high and getting more every chance they get.
