I was at Gander Mountain (Mooresville, NC) yesterday and they had plenty of 9mm, 45ACP and 40 S&W. That is the first time in months they had any ammo. The guy said he even HAD 22lr but it was long gone. I think the 22lr get bought up quickly because it is cheap. IMO

We've been lucky finding this ammo. The only thing is they limit you to 3 per person.

Wait, you mean I should not have bought 2,500 rounds of 9mm ball that I found at a great price?

Sorry.

bluez, I agree, and I've been an NRA member for 50 years. I also know it's not smart to put all your faith in any one person, organization, or government. So I pay my NRA dues, and support our rights to own firearms and ammo by being a member of other organizations as well, but I buy ammo too, and not just for shooting paper or cans!

We went to Cabelas on Friday and their shelves were bare of handgun ammo except for 10mm ammo. Even their inventory on handguns were very low.
