It depends where you shop. Walmart and Academy have not increased prices its just a pain in the neck getting anything before its sold out.

Around here the local gun shops are trying to fleece everyone on ammo and guns. $50 for 100 Winchester White Box is ridiculous.

Online I can find ammo at normal prices but I have also seen people like Cheaper than Dirt raising prices. Tula ammo in 9mm that's usually $10 a box at $22 on Cheaper than Dirt is one example.

I wish Walmart sold ammo in my area. All the online shops are out of stock or ridiculously priced.

Go to midway USA and set up a bunch of email alerts whatever you are looking for. Keep some money ready to go and as soon as you get the email jump on it.

Helps if you have a smartphone.

I would say my usual answer of just learn to reload, but the same rush is happening to reloadind supplies now. Maybe because all the ammo is disappearing, forcing people to reload. Powder and primers now....out of stock, out of stock, most online places I usually get them fast running out with delayed shipping notices if they do have it. They just can't keep up with the demand upsurge..

I've got plenty of brass, primers and powder but can't find any decent bullets. Whatever this crisis is it needs to cease to exist NOW!!! It's really starting to wear on my mood.

Thanks for the heads up. Yes, 9mm federal 115 gr and Winchester 124 gr as well. They also have .45 as well if you're willing to spend $25 a box. I would grab some while you can.

But .22 are still hard to find...

I went to the gun counter today. It has been getting more and more empty every week. There was a guy there asking if it was all the guns they had. He was then told that glock and sig were all sold out and they couldn't order anymore. Pretty much the only guns that could be ordered were beretta. Are the manufacturers that backed up?
