200 gr. Oregon Trail [or similar similar hardcast SWC] 4.7 GR of American Select. CLEAN BURNING[ little residue] This is a favorite of a revolver speed shooting CHAMP[ and TV personality] IT DOES A GREAT JOB AS A TARGET LOAD out of MY GOLD CUP.

I just tryed 5.2 g of universal with 230 rn in my 45acp, love it. By te book this is good for lead or jacketed either one. Very clean and very comfortable to shoot , was also very impressed with the accuracy of the load. It was shot out of 4 different 1911's with very good results. But i must say i do like the win 231 as well.
