You'll have to figure out what works in your gun but for my 45 I keep Taurus copper's in it. Its the same thing as a DPX. In my 9mm I keep Federal HST's and I'm concidering switching to them for my 45.

I still have close to 1k rds of Blazer Brass in 230 gr. .45 ACP from back when they were selling it for less than $10/box.

i believe that the original question was what is the best .45 ammo to use.
he didn't ask about training. you can have the best training that money can buy but if you have ammo that won't perform, you could be screwed.
and it is true matt that if you had the best ammo and no training you could be screwed just as bad.

About 2 years ago. I bought a few cases, as I was certain that those prices weren't going to hold.
