Don't know specifically if they cover .410 now but the ONLY source of detailed info on shot shell loading I know of is the Lyman Shotgun Manual.

Are you new to reloading or just .410 000 buckshot?
If new to reloading, read the ABC's of Reloading by Bill Chevalier.
If you're a reloader and are new to .410, I'm not sure where you can find a book/articles on that specific topic. Head over to shotgunworld forums and ask them. They are knowledge and can give you the answers you need.
