well i got around to loading a few rounds the other day. i have yet to test them. i thought i would post my load data and see if any one else uses it or similar.

rounds loaded to these specs.

OAL 1.125, used hornady 180gr fmj, 4.4gr of win231. cci primer

going to be trying this in my SA XD. 40.

i shoot a nosler 135gr hollow point with 4.2 grains of hodgen tite group out both my glocks and it does awesome out to 50 yards... tagging pop cans the whole way

went to the range today. fired all 20 reloads and about 20 commercial rounds. this load perfomed decent. no FTF,FTE, misfires. locked the slide back and everything. i could notice the difference in recoil a lot. and i kinda liked having a little less... im thinking i may need to adjust my sights just a little. i rotated between bench and standing at 25yards. in the the end i think i may keep the load this way. maybe try 4.5 grs to see if its any different

Are you saying that your reloads had less recoil? If so, that's a good thing as I may try your formula.

Yea a noticeable difference from commericial ... I would shoot 2 or 3 rounds of pmc. Then 2 or 3 reloads. It was like night n day. At least in my opinion
