I saw that one online dealer is selling 40 Cal Federal Expanding Gov't Contract Factory 2nds. Are they ok/accurate enough for plinking?

If the only problem was accuracy, they won't hurt your pistol.
They're probably more accurate than you think. I'll bet they'll stay on a 12x18 plate at 25 yards. For plinking and general practice, how much accuracy do you need?
