IMR 4064 all the way. It doesn't meter well but it shoots great!

Hodgdons Reloading Data Center lists 21 different powders and 11 bullet weights that are satisfactory for the .308.

Actually, if you want to get technical about it, your powder choice is dependent upon your bullet choice--your bullet weight, and thus your powder burn rate. To recommend a powder we would need to know what bullet you intend to use.
