I'm going to go against the grain here; I like the slower burning powders, especially with the heavier bullets. I get a lesser velocity spread with the slower powder, (even though ES isn't as critical at the short range you mention.)
I have used from H322, with absolutely terrible results, to H414 with wonderful results. Right now I use Varget, (for its temperature insensitivity,) from 110-180gr bullet weights; getting sub-moa groups at 200 yards with all. Some of my best groups were produced with IMR 4064 and Vihtavuori N 135.
At 100 yards, any powder that can get you sufficient velocities safely is probably going to be accurate enough. I don't think I could get a load in my Win 94 to shoot a group over 4moa, and that would be sufficient.
