Aye, same general lay of the land. IMHO go with the .35. .35 rounds arent that tough to find when compared to the dirty tirdy. I live in a shotgun state and can find .35's pretty readily.

Do you reload, if so, it becomes a no brainer.

I was leaning towards the 35 Rem just because of the extra energy and all to take down any Black Bear or Wolf that comes near me while working on the land. Thanks you all for replying. Ill have to check on the availability of the round at the local gun stores.

If you need help finding the .35 Remington cartridge I know some online places that offer it. Just PM me if needed .

Thanks again for replying. I have made my decision and I am going to be getting the 336c Marlin in the .35 Rem. I will be getting it about mid next month or so. I can't wait.
