The LEE 150 gr. .309 Flat Point GC mold makes a great bullet. I pour these from Linotype and lube with SPG. The long neck on the 30 WCF case allows cast bullets to run at jacketed speeds. These are very accurate and cheap to shoot.
Ive been reloading for about a year now and 30-30 is my fun gun to mess with. My 2 most fav loads are win 748 on 34.6 gr. With the hornady 150gr rn. And crf223 on 33.7 gr. With the hornady 150gr. Rn. Both shoot around 2000fps and hold a real nice clover at 75yds. With irons.
