Default .223 Ballistic Coefficient?

I recently got an app on my phone that calculates bullet drop for me (which is awesome), but one of the inputs is "ballistic coefficient".

I use PMC Bronze FMJ .223, 55 grain, 3200 fps. All I want to know is one of the following:

1. What is the BC for this exact round; or
2. What number can I use to be reasonably accurate?

I just spent 2 hours of my life searching the web to try and find a decent BC calculator and I found out that I need a f'ing degree in astrophysics just figure this out.

.226. Used the JBM calculater. They have many bullets already in the system. BTW, that round is closer to 3000fps.
