What .223 ammo would most of you suggest for 200 and 300 ? I am using a DPMS bull barrel 24" Panther.

I roll my own with 55 grain FMJ's.

depends on what yourdoing. hearing it go boom and poking at clods of dirt just enough powder to cycle the action under a cheap bullet. for hunting soft points are excellent. or accuracy your gonna have to experiment a lot to find what your gun likes. when i work up accuracy loads i buy a variety of bullets and load across several powders using .1 to .5 grain ranges on the charges looking for what works. once its zeroed in a little seating depth can make differences. whether you crimp or not can make a diff. no crimp means your loading one bullet at a time.

i can rant on more but without knowing what your looking for its hard to recomend a starting spot.

For my hunting loads I run 60gr V-Max over AA 2015 in R-P cases light off by a Wolf primer. These are good for just over .2" groups at 100 yard for 3 shots.

Every gun is different.

Yep. It's some of the better cheap stuff as far as I'm concerned. Doesn't gunk up my Bushy as fast as other stuff and seems pretty consistent from box to box.

The right rounds for your DPMS will depend on barrel twist among other things. The higher the twist, the lighter the bullet it will prefer. But 55 gr. seems to be a good all-purpose round that shoots well in most common twist rates.

What would you consider a good accuracy round in .223 . My DPMS has Twist: 6 groove right-handed 1x9 twist, button rifled ?

The PMC 55gr. runs accurately for me.

In my Mini 14. ;)

Just like any other firearm, you're going to have to find out what it likes to eat. Plan on spending some relaxing and very enjoyable hours on the bench. Hopefully you'll eventually be satisfied with one load over all others.
