15 year old Bullseye powder condition?
Found some Bullseye powder that has been stored for about 15 years in doors. Did the smell test, smelled good, when I poured some into the hopper there were chuncks of powder mixed with the loose powder. Is this a sign of mosture that got into the contaner?

I would spread it on your garden or lawn. It looks like it has been contaminated. Not worth hanging a bullet in your barrel and losing a gun or getting injured.

I agree. Moisture has gotten in there causing the clumps. Not worth the risk. Spread it on the lawn. Smokeless powder is high in nitrogen and good for the grass. Just don't tell your tree hugging neighbor, they will think it is hazardous. Birkenstock wearing, dude smootching, Austinites.
