Powder versatility is a good thing - I used H414 and H380 for years in several calibers. The problem with a versatile powder is that while it will work for several calibers, it will not be the best choice for the most accurate load fr each of those calibers. I now stock 5 separate powders for 5 different calibers. If the SHTF I probably won't worry too much about bench rest accuracy, but until that time I strive for one-hole groups, especially since the cost of brass, bullets, and primers has gone through the roof.
