I would say that it really depends on what you are going to do with it. With U/O's you get what you pay for.
If you are going use to hunt a couple times per year, I would say it's just fine. However, if you plan on shooting thousands of rounds of trap or skeet, there is a good chance it will break or wear out fairly soon. Getting parts might be an issue.
Many people will tell you that you're better off buying a pump or semi auto rather than spending $500 for a low end U/O and I tend to agree.
If you shop around and keep a keen eye open you can pick up used Brownings, Rugers and other "name" brand shotguns for only a couple hundred more. That is what I did and I have no doubt my Citori will out last me and whoever ends up with it when I'm long gone.
