Will, you just might want to reconsider that one, my friend.

As a police instructor, I had to be more than proficient with numerous weapons. I never became a "Grandmaster" with any of them, but I was better than most with all of them.

And I wonder just how well Mikulic would do with an "out of the box" Ruger GP100 loaded with full power .357 magnum ammo.

I don't mean to be critical of Mikulic, just saying that I doubt his scores would be nearly as impressive with different out of box weapons, loaded with duty ammo.

I can remember the day when factories had exhibition shooters that traveled from town to town. They put on quite a show with the equipment they could carry in the trunk of their car. The shot bunches of skeet thrown into the air with a pump shotgun. Some would shoot aspirin in the air with a 22 rifle. There were enough of these factory shooters touring the country that one of them made it to the county arena near my home several times a year.

Today even though more firearms are being sold that ever you never hear about an exhibition shooters touring. Even the experts you see on TV have so many aids that it makes an old fart wonder if the new guns can shoot as well as the old guns. My uncle bought a Winchester pump at a shooting exhibition. The pro shooter used my uncles new pump right out of the box to put on the show.
