Akers - Gettin' back to ya a little late, but yes I would say just upgrade some on the 1300. If your really in the market for a cool turkey/deer gun, check out gun shows & gunbroker.com for a Savage Model 24, I have one in .223/12 ga. mag. I use it mainly for Fall turkey hunting here in PA. We are allowed to use shotgun or single projectile in Fall season only & I've taken birds with both barrels. Thing weighs a ton though.

Yea I'll prolly just keep my 1300 and save up for a benelli super vinci. Beretta extrema, or Browning silver

I actually have a Mossburg 835 that I'm selling for someone if you'd want to think about that. Has a smooth bore and a second rifle bored barrel included. If you're interested just pm me. It's in dam near new condition.

Thanks for the offer but I think I'm just going to stick with my 1300 for now
