Winchester 1300 Defender
I happened into my favorite gun shop today and noticed a keen Winchester 1300 on the used rack.
It was bead blasted and weirdly enough it has a green type coating....told to me that it wasn't duracoat but something similar.
For 399 in cash I walked out with 55 Rounds of Shotshell and the gun. A steal for how well this gun was put together.
Found out that day the Range Officer there who I am buds with actually owned that shotgun....former Marine Officer guy who treats his guns like angels. He traded in this guy for the FN shotgun equivalent which he said is pretty much a supped up Winchester 1300.
All in all I love my new shotgun. Can't wait to shoot it. Pics up soon when I can get good lighting.

I DEMAND PICS!!!! I'm waiting for mine to show up. It's in transfer....While I paid less then 1/2 of what you did, mine is in need of some TLC. I picked up a set of nice wood stocks for it the other day for free so the parts have started. I LOVE 1300s!

I have 2  One is a 1300 Defender the other is a 120 Ranger (Identical to a 1300 with plain stocks) Both cycle as fast as a semi. Reason being is the rotary bolt.

I love the bead blasted finish on this guy and the green coat is interesting looking...I love the three color coat. Eventually though I think I might get this all duracoated in a desert style.
