It's not the safest thing to do, but at our club we have two skeet fields right next to each other.

While my friends are on station 6 of "left" field...we are on station 8 of the "right" field. BUT...instead of shooting our birds, when they call for the high house we shoot it before they have a chance to.

there was a video posted here a while back, of guy at a golf driving range, sneaking up and shooting people's golf balls when they drove them down range. it was funnier than hell and i laughed alot over that one. i'll see if i can find it and post it up.

Sporting clays is usually from different posts and the birds can come from anywhere. If you've never done it you have to try. I do competitive trap shooting with my muzzleloader shotgun. Lots if fun and easier than skeet.
