Default Value/guesstimate of estate guns

A relative of mine passed and had several handguns, which I can guesstimate on values and have some idea of how to handle them
.
He also had several SHOTGUNS and I am at a loss for what they may be worth.
I thought some of the learned forum members might help me out with a ballpark number or some suggestions on how to best translate them into a few more $$ for the elderly lady who is now in need of all she can muster.

Two shotguns are:
1. Winchester Model 50, 12 gauge automatic...in good shape, no rust, well cared for and ready to fire away

2. Stevens Model 311 double barrel 16 gauge shotgun...in good shape also, no rust, got the same regular cleanings.

Any ideas/opinions as to value, how best to sell them, take them to pawn shop, etc. would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Do not take them to a Pawn Shop, you will get 50% or less of their actual value. I would look at selling through Gunbroker.com or one of the other online gun sales sites.

You're in southwest Florida, there will be members from your area that can give you ideas about how to sell locally.

Take them to the Ft. Myers Suncoast Gun Show.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!
