Could it be possible to make system to undermount a judge to an ar-15, making it some kind of legal masterkey?

Not without registering the pistol with BATF as an NFA item, and paying the $200 tax.

Hey! They screw us all the time! They seem to have no repercussions when they do.

Your home will be an 8x10 cell at the FCI Atlanta. When you attach a stock to a revolver, you have just manufactured a Short Barreled Rifle. Do that without touching second base, and you just got 10 yrs, $10,000, and a Federal felony that takes care of owning ANY gun- ever.
