I also agree with the 870. Start with the 870 tactical, then add what ever accessories you want. I doubt in the end after you are done adding to it, I doubt you will be under 500.

I'm still waiting to try the new Kel-Tec offering I find the whole concept intriguing!

I often wonder why it's taking so long then I remember how much redesigning they were having to do in order to make it exceptable outside of the twice a month recreational market.

The ksg is out, it's just finding one. And after reading up on it, I'll stock to my pump. Too many things to go wrong.

there are 3 guns I have been saying I want to buy. an M1 garand, a versa max, and either a 9mm beretta or a .45 1911 so it looks like you are out of luck.

Are you wanting to buy a new shotgun? I would just add a Blackhawk stock and a Remington short 18" barrel and a extension tube. to one of your 870,s. You can add a optic or red dot and still use it for hunting just remove the extension tube. All this for less then $500.

I agree convert an existing 870. cheapest and for 500 you can make one hell if an hd gun.
