I had one, sold it two weeks later. Great gun, smooth bolt and pulled up nicely but would not cycle low brass such as target loads

I think it's that 3 1/2 that hurts it in the low brass stuff. And IMO, I don't see much of a need for 3 1/2. At least around here, 3 inch will kill everything plenty good. If you like the 3500 so much, take a look at the 2000. Exact same, just goes to 3 inch

My thing is that I want an all round gun that can do anything really. I heard a lot of good things an bad things about the 200 shot it an liked it tho that's why I was gonna try to get the 3500. My dream shotgun to have is the benelli super black eagle II

The 2000 isn't like the 3500 the operating system is a little different but they do make a 3000 that is just like the 3500 but in 3"
I loved my 3500 I had to sale it due to some financial issues anyways the only problem I had with it cycling was the 1 oz loads which it tells you not to shoot anything less than 1 1/8oz which it never had a problem with....I would clean it real good then run about a box of the 2 3/4" high brass shells through it to get it broke in a little and it should be fine.....it has a recoil reducer that comes with it that will make it not want to cycle light loads when installed so only install it when you are shooting heavy 3 or 3 1/2"shells
In my opinion it is the best value in a semi auto shotgun on the market

I am still of the opinion that Stoegers are a cheaper manufactured gun. I can't buy one though often tempted because I feel I could not rely on it...
