Im looking to get one of these two shotguns and i was wondering if anyone had any experience with either one.
They are both advertise using the Benelli Inertia Driven system so i would guess that they are the same gun really except for maybe fit and finish. I would still like to have a few opinions from people who had first hand experience with either gun.

I own the Franchi I12 and it shoots like a dream. For half the price of the Benelli SBE ,it's a great gun with the only difference is not being able to handle the 3 1/2 shells. All three guns come from the same place with the Benelli as the top of the line, followed by the Franchi than the Stoger. You probably cant go wrong with either.
