Stevens model 240 double barrel.

This little gun has been sawed off at about 19 inches. It still holds a beautiful pattern at 150 Yards. A friend found it while cleaning out an old barn the bottom barrell was mushroomed out at the end. He sawed it off at the bad place and kept it. I fell in love with it and he gave it to me as a christmas gift 2 years ago. Can anyone tell me about what it would be worth in this condition?

Those are cute little guns that do have some collector value. Except yours with the cut barrels is now just a shooter. Maybe $250-$300 if in nice shape.
