This can be answered with a simple search on google but a quick run down..

Trap:
Usually shot at 16 yrds away from the launcher you have 5 spots you shoot 5 times from each one.. The clays will shoot away from you in any direction since the machine swings from aside to side.. Handicaps trap is same thing you just stand farther back about 25 yrds

Skeet
Clays will launch back and forth from the same place and at the same angles. You will shoot both singles and doubles in skeet.. You move from place to place and shoot a certain amount of clays at each stand...
